A long weekend ahead! Pursuant to Proclamation No. 1105 issued last August 20, 2015, Malacañang declared Monday, February 8, Chinese New Year, a Special (Non-Working) holiday.
For special non-working days, a “no work, no pay” policy will be applied but a worker will be entitled to an additional 30 percent of the salary if he/she reports for work.
