PAMPANGA, Philippines - The upcoming 19th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta (PIHABF) also known as “A Weekend of Everything that Flies” is scheduled from February 12-15, 2015. The longest-running sports aviation event in Asia is more than just a spectator event, PIHABF is a gathering of aviators from the Philippines and the world.
The balloon fiesta not only features hot air balloon flights but other aviation activities as well like sky diving, paragliding and aerobatic gliding. The participants are from other countries.
You can get your tickets at the events front gate. Standard entrance ticket price is PHP 300, valid for 1 day, which acts as a contribution to the PIHABF Foundation. Currently, these contributions are now accepted through their PayPal. To avail of this service, you have to be 18 years of age and have either a major credit- or debit card, or Paypal account. VIP tickets cost PHP 6,000 each.
The venue is at Clark Freeport Zone. To get there by Public Transport ride a Victory Liner bus bound for Dagupan and go down at Dau common terminal. Walk a bit towards the highway where jeepneys or tricycle are available. These public utility vehicles can take you to Clark.
